First all, congratulation on losing 20 kilos! That's quite an achievement! Just do it slowly, but I am sure you know how to do it. I don't really try to lose weight, I am busy trying to rather keep it which is quite exhausting enough at times... So, any tips are still welcome. lol

When I was younger, I was much smaller than I am now, but I was extremely active, and played four varsity sports. Now, I mostly do the basics, but am trying to lose weight. I think running/walking/jogging is the best, because it really works everything. I usually follow that up with some crunches/sit-ups, because my stomach is a real problem for me right now.
I don't suggest weight-lifting as a form of weight-loss, though, if that's any consolation.

Hmm... doesn't sound good. Have you gone to see a doctor about it?

It's actually very good and healthy. You lost that weight within 16 weeks and the chance that this weight stays away is very high. You said you do workout everyday and watch what you eat... That could be the reason. Sometimes your weight stignates and you keep wondering why the hell you don't lose even though you workout and all. And then suddenly, it starts working. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Like I said, the time range you have lost that weight makes me believe it is not unhealthy and you did it the right way. Just when you have the feeling something isn't going right, check with your doctor.

Hey, I have been trying to lose wait but I can never keep a diet. But I have been trying. So what I usually do is sit ups/crunches and jogg a little around my block.

Hey, I have been trying to lose wait but I can never keep a diet. But I have been trying. So what I usually do is sit ups/crunches and jogg a little around my block. Forget about diets. Please! They ruin your metabolism and won't show any results in the end because you will gain everything back once you are off the diet. I would just suggest a life style change. Eat healthier, fruits, drink alot of water! Exercise. Just try to change your daily routine. But the way you can keep it. If you eat alot of junk food, try to change that! Cut out soda completely. That is the worst you can do. It's full of sugar and empty calories. Treat yourself once in a while. Going on a diet that cuts out certain food groups won't do you any good in the end.

tell ya the truth. We dont have soda in our house. We dont have the money right now. We're pretty tight on $$ right now. My dad and stepmom only have 1 car and only my dad works so yea...need more $$, we're lucky to get food stamps cuz I live with him. otherwise we wouldnt cuz if he didnt have custody he wouldnt get food stamps.
