I'm a health food nut, unfortunately. I pity my mother, I make up like...75% of the cost of our grocery shopping. And nobody ever eats my 'wierd' stuff. x33
No real reccomendations, just ALWAYS watch the calorie content. Those 'Be Natural' health bars have almost as many kilojoules as a Mars Bar. O.o

Low calories chocolate and fruit bars are always good, along with sugar free drinks and food products
